Post-Market Surveillance

Our Vigilance system (Materiovigilance) allows us to take full responsibility for our in-vitro diagnostic medical devices, and to take appropriate actions, if and when needed, in order to evaluate and update all information regarding the benefit-risk of our products.

Materiovigilance is the coordinated system of identification, collection, reporting, and analysis of any untoward occurrences associated with the use of medical devices and protection of patient's health by preventing its recurrences.

Feeback Is Critical For Improving Performance and Safety.

At Eradicus, customer feedback monitoring is a critical process that guides us on our journey to constantly improve our IVD medical devices. Your feedback and complaints may open up new avenues when it comes to risk evaluation and management, and will finally lead to implementation of design features or processes that will certainly improve the performance and safety of our IVD medical devices.

The MaterioVigilance for medical devices is a system for the collection of alerts that occur with the use of a medical device aimed at improving the health and safety of users, reducing the probability of occurrence of the same type of Incident.
